The following article deals with the topic of tenant user groups. You will learn where and how to create tenant user groups and then assign users to these groups.
Creation of tenant user groups
To create a tenant user group, first navigate to the tenant settings. There you will find the ‘Tenant user groups’ tab.
Here you will now see an overview of the existing user groups.
If no groups have been created yet, you can do this using the ‘ADD’ button.
Now select a name for the new group and confirm by clicking on ‘CREATE GROUP’.
You will then see your group in the overview.
Management of tenant user groups and its members
If you want to change the name of the created group, click on the icon
You can then change the name here.
If you now want to add or remove users from your created group, select the icon next to the group.
You will now see an overview of all your tenant users. If you want to add a user to the user group, tick the relevant checkbox next to the person and then save.
You will then see the number of users in the group overview.
