If you want to import users, you need an Excel file in xlsx format. You can download a valid template during the import process.
When you open the template, you will see the possible columns as well as sample values for the different columns. Please note that the columns FIRSTNAME, NAME, EMAIL and ROLE are mandatory and should not be deleted.
Columns in User Import File
Firstname (column name FIRSTNAME)
The first name of the participants
Name (column name NAME)
The last name of the participants
Mail address (column name EMAIL)
The e-mail address of the participants.
A valid e-mail address includes an @ symbol and a . after the @ symbol. In addition, no . is allowed directly before the @ symbol and no space is allowed.
Role (column name ROLE)
The role of the participants.
Valid values are SPEAKER and PARTICIPANT. Pay attention to the correct spelling, typing errors are not recognised.

Send Mail Notifications (column name SEND_NOTIFICATIONS).
A boolean value (TRUE/FALSE) indicating whether the user should receive mail notifications.
Valid values are TRUE, TRUE or 1 for an approval and FALSE, FALSE or 0 for a rejection of the mail notifications.
Send Mail Reminder (column name SEND_REMINDER).
A boolean value (TRUE/FALSE) indicating whether the user should receive mail reminder.
Valid values are TRUE, TRUE or 1 for an approval and FALSE, FALSE or 0 for a rejection of the mail reminders.
Notification Templates Language (column name NOTIFICATION_TEMPLATE)
Login method (column name SIGNIN_METHOD)
The login method of the participants.
Valid values are ACCESSKEY and MICROSOFT.

External ID (column name EXTERNALKEY)
You can use this ID to add an ID from an external system like a customer ID from a CRM System or similar.
A Boolean (TRUE/FALSE) value that indicates whether the user checked in at a hybrid event onsite.
Valid values are TRUE, TRUE, or 1 for consent and FALSE, FALSE, or 0.
