What does this article say?
This article explains how you can import several users at the same time in your tenant (STREAMBOXY Backstage) and thus do not have to create each participant individually.
To create multiple users for an event quickly and easily, you can import an Excel file.
Where can I import users?
To import users, click on "Edit event users" in the session overview in STREAMBOXY Backstage (in your tenant).
In the event user overview, you have various options, such as creating an export of the event users, importing users or creating individual users manually.
Import
First you have to upload your Excel file. To do this, you can use the template that you can download in the upper right corner and fill with your data ("Load template" button).
For more information on the template, read the article on creating an Excel import file.

Once you have uploaded your Excel file, you will automatically be taken to the next step, the column assignment.
Here you can define which columns are to be imported. The import assistant automatically recognises the columns.
If the column assignment is not correct, you can select the correct assignment by clicking on the column name.
If all columns are correct, click on the button "Next" to validate your data.
If a data set does not correspond to the correct format, this is marked in red in the table. You can only click on "Next" if the error is solved.
To find out the error of an entry, move the mouse over the faulty entry.
Correct the entry in your Excel file and upload the file again. To do so, click on the button "Back" until you come to the Import Face again.
If all records are correct, click on "Next". The users will now be created, which may take a few seconds. If errors occur, you will be informed. The import is then complete and you can close the import assistant.
Click on the Button "Complete" and you will be shown the overview with all imported participants.
You have successfully imported several users at the same time.
