What does this article say?

This article explains how you can download the event user list including the access links in your tenant (STREAMBOXY Backstage).  




Where can I export the event user list?

To export the event-user list, click on "Edit event-user" in the session overview in STREAMBOXYBackstage (in your tenant).

You can also access the event user overview by clicking on "Event users" in the left navigation bar of the corresponding event. 

If created, all event users (participants, speakers) are listed here and can be sorted or filtered.

In the upper right corner you have the option to export the event user list, import event users and/or add event users manually





Exporting the event user list

To export the event user list, click on the "Import / Export" button and on "Export" in dropdown menu.



The corresponding Excel document is then displayed in your downloads.  

This exported event user list can now be opened in Microsoft Excel.

Not all columns can be shown at the same time in this screenshot. There are other columns further to the right, which are listed below. 



In this Excel document, the following columns are filled with information of the event users and can be viewed by you: 


  • Firstname
    First name of the corresponding event user.

  • Name
    Last name of the corresponding event user.

  • Email
    Email address of the corresponding event user.

  • Role 
    A distinction is made between Participant and Speaker.

  • Send Notifications
    TRUE or FALSE indicates whether the corresponding event user has received an e-mail notification (true) or not (false).

  • Send Reminder 
    Here, TRUE or FALSE indicates whether the corresponding event user has received a reminder e-mail (true) or not (false).

  • Sign In Method
    A distinction is made between Acces Key (access link) and Microsoft.

  • External Key
    If an External Key has been created, it is shown in this column.

  • Access Link
    The individual access link that an event user receives after successful creation, import or user registration is shown in this column.


  • Onsite Ticket Link(individual link to the on-site ticket)

    An event user receives the individual link to the on-site ticket after successful creation as an on-site participant and is displayed in this column. (Attention: Can only be used with a Wallet Pass link.)

  • Invitation Response
    This column shows with "Response" or "No response" whether the corresponding event user has responded to the invitation e-mail or not (No response).

  • Double Opt In State 
    "Applicable" or "Not applicable" indicates whether the corresponding event user has used Double Opt In (Applicable) or not (Not applicable).

  • Is On Site Attendee 
    Here, TRUE (right) or FALSE (wrong) shows whether the relevant event user has checked in at the event with their digital ticket (true) or not (wrong).

     

  • Created by (creator)

    Name by whom the corresponding event user was created.

  • Created at (creation date)

    Date and time when the corresponding event user appeared in the event user list for the first time - either through manual creation, import or independent registration).

     

  • Modified by (editor)

    Name by whom the corresponding event user was last edited.

  • Modified at (modification date)

    Date and time the corresponding event user was last edited.


  • Approval Date

    Approval status for the corresponding event user.

  • Custom Properties
    Depending on the number of custom properties created, columns are created that contain the various responses of the event users.
    If no response is stored, a "zero" is displayed.
